CoExystence Rewards Terms

These Terms describe the structure and operation of the CoExystence Rewards program (“CoExystence Rewards”) and the CoExystence Points system (“CoExystence Points”).

1. Program Structure

CoExystence Rewards is a platform rewards and account value program operated by CoExyst.

CoExystence Points are non-cash, integer-based reward units that may be earned, held, or redeemed within the program subject to these Terms and any additional published program rules.

Points do not represent:

• money,
• stored monetary value,
• bank deposits,
• financial products,
• cryptocurrencies,
• transferable property rights,
• or legal tender.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by CoExyst in writing, points:

• have no cash value,
• cannot be withdrawn,
• cannot be exchanged for currency,
• and cannot be sold or transferred between users outside approved platform functionality.

2. Pending Points

Some rewards may first appear as “Pending Points”.

Pending Points:

• are not redeemable,
• may be reversed, adjusted, or cancelled,
• and do not become active until all applicable earning conditions are completed and verified by CoExyst.

CoExyst may delay finalisation where required for fraud prevention, billing verification, subscription validation, referral review, abuse detection, chargeback protection, or operational review.

3. Personal Points and House Points

CoExystence Rewards may distinguish between:

• personal points associated with an individual account, and
• house points associated with a house account or shared household entity.

Unless otherwise specified:

• personal points remain associated with the individual user account,
• and house points remain associated with the relevant house.

Leaving a house does not automatically transfer ownership of house points to an individual member unless explicitly stated by CoExyst functionality or program rules.

4. Redemptions and Billing Adjustments

Reward redemptions may create audited platform billing adjustments before any external billing or payment effect is applied.

Where applicable, billing effects may later be reflected through third-party billing providers including Stripe.

A redemption request does not guarantee:

• successful billing application,
• uninterrupted service,
• or immediate processing.

CoExyst reserves the right to:

• reject,
• reverse,
• pause,
• or investigate redemptions where misuse, fraud, technical error, policy violations, or billing disputes are suspected.

5. Future Features and Partner Programs

Future earning methods, partner integrations, promotions, referral systems, or redemption partnerships may be introduced separately.

Unless CoExyst has published active supporting terms, interfaces, or feature availability:

• partner earning,
• partner redemption,
• third-party rewards,
• and external value exchange systems

are considered inactive and unavailable.

References to future functionality do not create a contractual obligation for CoExyst to launch or maintain those features.

6. Program Changes

CoExyst may:

• modify earning rates,
• introduce limits,
• expire points,
• pause the program,
• add eligibility requirements,
• or discontinue parts of the program

where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security, commercial, or platform integrity reasons.

7. Abuse, Fraud, and Enforcement

CoExyst may suspend or remove points, rewards access, or participation eligibility where it reasonably believes:

• abuse,
• manipulation,
• exploitative behaviour,
• fraudulent activity,
• artificial accumulation,
• policy circumvention,
• or system misuse

has occurred.

Audit logs, billing records, referral relationships, account activity, and platform telemetry may be used to investigate misuse and protect program integrity.

8. Beta Features

Some parts of CoExystence Rewards may operate as beta or limited-access functionality.

Beta functionality may:

• change without notice,
• contain errors,
• be unavailable in some regions,
• or be modified or removed at any time.

9. Interpretation

These Terms operate alongside:

• the general CoExyst Terms,
• Privacy Policy,
• billing policies,
• and any additional feature-specific terms published by CoExyst.

If a conflict exists between feature-specific terms and these Rewards Terms, the feature-specific terms apply to the extent of the inconsistency.
